Cancellation Policy: Once a workshop is booked with Heels by Iryna, your spot is definitively reserved, and you are expected to attend. Workshops are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. No exceptions will be made for last-minute cancellations. You do have the option to transfer your booking to someone else if you are unable to attend. The cancellation policy applies if the class is canceled due to reasons unrelated to the organizer. If the organizer must cancel a class for any reason, alternative options for rescheduling will be provided. The organizer reserves the right to change, combine, or cancel classes and class schedules as needed, with advance notice. Liability Disclaimer: By purchasing or booking a class with Heels by Iryna, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your well-being during the class. Heels by Iryna assumes no liability for any negligence on the part of attendees. Heels by Iryna and its instructors shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participating in our dance classes. Participants assume all risks associated with dance activities and are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before engaging in any physical activity. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure they are physically capable and prepared for the dance activities. Heels by Iryna reserves the right to deny access to classes to anyone deemed unfit or unsafe to participate. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Heels by Iryna harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in our dance classes. Assumption of Risk: By participating in Heels by Iryna classes, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with dance activities. These risks may include, but are not limited to, physical exertion, falls, and other injuries. Media Release: You provide consent for Heels by Iryna to capture photos or videos during classes and events for promotional purposes. All such media will be owned by Heels by Iryna. Your decision to join and purchase our classes implies your acceptance of this media release.
