Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule paid lessons. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class are not reschedulable—no exceptions. No refunds after booking. If the organizer cancels a class, rescheduling options will be provided. Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from Heels by Iryna. Liability Disclaimer By booking a class, you assume full responsibility for your well-being. Heels by Iryna, its owners, and instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses during participation. Consult a healthcare professional before engaging in physical activity. Each participant must ensure they are physically capable and prepared for dance activities. Heels by Iryna reserves the right to deny class access if a participant is deemed unfit, unsafe, or misaligned with our values. A phone or email assessment is conducted prior to class or an assesment during a booked session. If declined, a refund will be issued minus processing fees. Students are expected to follow studio rules and maintain respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students. Failure to comply will result in removal from class without a refund. Indemnification Participants agree to indemnify Heels by Iryna and its staff against any claims or expenses arising from class participation. Right to amend Policies: Heels by Iryna reserves the right to amend or modify these policies at any time. We may update these terms without prior notice. participation = acceptance of updates. Assumption of Risk All risks, including injuries or property damage, are acknowledged and accepted by attending classes. Media Release By attending, you consent to photos and videos being captured for promotional use by Heels by Iryna. All media content is owned by Heels by Iryna.
