Beginner sessions are perfect if you have little to no experience in heels or are just starting out and want to build confidence step by step. You’ll focus on the fundamentals, your walk, and overall technique in a supportive environment.
Open-level sessions are designed for intermediate and advanced dancers who want to push their performance further with more detailed choreography and technique. Beginners are still welcome if you’re up for a challenge.
Most students start in beginner classes and, after a few sessions and consistent practice, naturally progress into open-level classes.
Progression depends on your starting level and how consistent you are. If you’re a beginner, it takes time to build confidence, technique, and control. You won’t become a pro in one class, but you will improve with each session.
Most students see real progress by attending consistently. Taking class once or twice a week can make a big difference in how quickly you grow. Over time, you’ll become more comfortable, pick up choreography faster, and move with more confidence and style.
We offer flexible membership options so you can stay consistent in a way that fits your schedule, whether that’s weekly classes or a more flexible plan. The more you show up, the faster you progress.
here are no age restrictions or specific fitness requirements. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming for women of all ages and experience levels.
Students under 18 will need parental consent prior to attending class.

Each class is designed to ease you in and build your confidence step by step. We start with a guided warm-up focused on stability, balance, and core strength to prepare your body for dancing in heels, then move into technique work where you’ll practice your walk, posture, and key movements for clean, controlled execution. From there, we begin choreography in a specific style such as hip-hop, sensual, afro heels, contemporary jazz, or funk. The routine typically ranges from 60 to 90 seconds and is taught over 2–5 weeks, giving you time to refine your movement, build confidence, and fully understand the choreography so you can perform it with control, style, and your own personal touch.
Yes, in a balanced way. At the end of each class, we set aside a few minutes for filming, so you can record your progress on your own phone and capture the final choreography.
During most of the class, phones are kept away so you can stay focused on movement, technique, and being fully present. This is your time to improve, connect with yourself, and enjoy the process.
If you’d like to film, you’re more than welcome to. Just be mindful of others around you. Please check if anyone behind you is comfortable being in your video. If not, you can move to the corners so you can film without including others.
Arrive at least 10–15 minutes before class so you can warm up and get settled. Bring only your essentials, heels, knee pads, and water, and keep personal items off the floor to maintain a safe and clean space. On the second floor, we provide private lockers and changing rooms, you’re welcome to bring a lock and store your belongings if you prefer.
If you arrive late, please join at the back without interrupting the class. Keep your phone on silent to avoid distractions, and limit conversations during class to avoid disruptions. Most importantly, support one another, when we dance in smaller groups, cheer each other on and help create a positive, encouraging environment.
