Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING & REFUND POLICY By purchasing or booking with Heels by Iryna, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. 1. CLASS CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING At least 24 hours’ notice before class start time is required to cancel or reschedule. With proper notice, you receive one (1) class credit, usable once to reschedule. Cancellations less than 24 hours before class are final. The class is forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or rescheduled, regardless of reason, including illness, emergency, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or otherwise. No exceptions apply unless Heels by Iryna cancels the class. Example: If your class is Friday at 6:00 PM, notice must be received by Thursday at 6:00 PM. Any later request is a late cancellation and the class is forfeited. 2. REFUNDS A purchase is refundable only if the service is completely unused and a written request is emailed to [info@heelsbyiryna.com](mailto:info@heelsbyiryna.com) within 48 hours of purchase. Once any membership, class pack, class, or service has been booked, rescheduled, accessed, attended, redeemed, or otherwise used, it is non-refundable. No refunds are provided for partial use, missed classes, no-shows, late cancellations, unused periods, promotional/discounted purchases, scheduling conflicts, or policy violations. 3. ESSENTIAL MEMBERSHIP The Essential Membership is an automatically recurring monthly membership that renews until canceled. Cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice emailed to [info@heelsbyiryna.com] Non-use, non-attendance, travel, or inability to attend does not cancel membership or create a right to a refund, credit, or extension. If renewal occurs before the 30-day notice period expires, that renewal remains valid and non-refundable; cancellation then prevents subsequent renewal. 4. REFUND REQUESTS Requests must include your order number, reason, and relevant details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days, subject to provider processing times.
