Policies for Reservation Cancellation, No-Shows, Membership Pauses and Membership Cancellations.
Booking Finality
All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. By purchasing or registering for any session, you agree to our Heels by Iryna – User Terms, Legal Waivers, and Studio Policies
Rescheduling & Cancellations
You can reschedule a class with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You can cancel a class for any reason up to 24 hours before the start time with no penalty but please be mindful of your membership or class pass expiry date.
Bookings are non-transferable without prior written approval from Heels by Iryna.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice:
For single sessions, session packs, or memberships, you will lose the session credit used to book the class - No exceptions.
Membership Cancellation
Recurring memberships can be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice. After giving notice, you’ll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Any payments due during the 30-day notice period will still be charged, and access will continue through the end of that period. You will be subject to no cancellation or initiation fee if decide to join us again.
If We Cancel a Class
If we cancel a class, you’ll either be rescheduled into another one or receive a class credit.
